Applying or Changing your Internet

To apply to an Internet service:

1. Log in to My Ogero
2. Make sure you are on the Home Internet section
3. From there you can select from two options, both involve a list of internet prices:

• Apply for DSL 
• Change DSL Speed

Getting the right Modem

To buy a modem:

1. Log in to My Ogero
2. Make sure you are on the Home Internet section
3. You will find the list of purchasable modems on the right

How to Un-subscribe

Service cancellation for DSL can be performed through the following methods, all of which require ID verification:

By visiting an Ogero Point of Service

or

By calling 1515 and requesting a landline subscription

or

By sending an email to Thepeople@ogero.gov.lb
