Purchasing Process

• Kalam is available at OGERO Sales Offices and MoT offices in denominations of 15,000 L.L. or 45,000 L.L.
• Kalam cards can be used from any Regular Line or Payphone across Lebanon.
• To use the Kalam
  • Call the Toll-free number (printed on the back of the card)
  • When prompted, enter the Personal Identification Number (PIN)*
  • When prompted, dial the number of the person you want to call:

    • For National Calls: Dial two-digit Zone Code + the number + #
    • For International Calls: Dial (00)+Country Code+ the number + #
• Kalam can be used repeatedly until you have used the total value of your card or after 2 months period from the first use time for the 15000L.L. card and for the period of 6 months from the date of the first time use for the 45000 L.L. cards..
